Air-cell has 2,600 Denier Protection - No other
BC comes close !
Protecting your air-cell is very important. We started with
1,000 denier air cell and wrapped the back with another
protective layer of 1,600 denier nylon. You have heard the “big
brands” tout their ballistic (1,050 denier) material. Ours is
over twice the denier!

Increased Snag Protection
NO loose straps flapping around. You said to get rid of those
dangling straps and big
D-rings. So, to reduce the chance of snags we use elastic wraps
on all loose webbing (straps) ends. Side benefit: more
professional look to the BC. The only D-rings are in front where
you can see (feel) them.

Some of you want 2 tank bands
Okay, you know the
hard pack is designed for only one tank band. If it is properly
secured it is the only one you need. But, we listen. Even though
there is not room for a full sized 2nd band with cam buckle, we
added a “security” belt for the tank.

Which color, Orange or Black?
To be seen or not to be seen. That is the question. Bright
International safety orange or the ever popular black. Both are
built the same way, with all the features. |
Attach tools point up, down or diagonal?
Here is where it gets even more flexible. See the webbing sewn
above the pockets? They are bar-tacked each 3/4 inch so you can
lay the tool at any angle and attach it using plastic “zip
ties”. Or, attach rings, snaps, hooks or anything that you want
to use to secure the tool to the BC. There is also vertical
webbing in front next to the pocket. Use your imagination.

Large pockets to get hand inside
Pockets are large enough to actually get your hand inside to
grab tools, light, etc, … even big enough to stow your octopus.
Keeps mud & gook out of the octopus.

Gear
Retractor Drop it & find it
Lost your grip?
No worries...That’s why we added hidden retractor pockets in
the cargo pockets. It uses a 3 foot cable with light tension.
Light tension was chosen so you can work with the tool without
it being snapped out of your hand. The cable makes it easy to
find the tool when dropped.

Crotch strap, stability
Steady as she goes … The 2 legged straps have the elastic wraps
to help keep the strap from floating around. You may want to
shorten it to reduce loose ends. One clip in rear with two
straps between the legs.

Weight integrated, or NOT?
Some divers want weights in the BC while other always wear a
weight belt. You get your choice. The TCB-25 is set up with
weight pockets, but it is easily converted into secure cargo
pockets… which can be reconverted back into weight pockets. Very
unique.
